Hi I am 54 yrs young with T2. I have four children, 1 grandchild and one due any day now. I am a Montessori teacher and now a childminder, with years of experience in teaching special needs for all ages anddegrees of need.

I just want to get a better grip on the dibettes. It is such a pain.

Hi and welcome to the forum. Just a few questions so we can try and give you a bit of help.When were you diagnosed, are you on any medication and what was your HbA1c. Do you have a meter to test your BS and what do you typically eat in a day. A good place to start is by looking in the LCHF forum, its a great way to eat, you never feel hungry and have boundless energy. It can take a but of time to make changes but unfortunately its a very personal journey but you are in the right place.
