Dose Ramapril blood pressure tablet make you put weight on at all.
As I have put weight on and need to loose it for my operation ive also been for a blood test today.

I am way too hot I cannot cope with this weather its awfull I am melting

Any advise would be helpfull.

I’ve been on Ramipril for some years, before I was diagnosed with type 2 and when I went low carb for my diabetes, I lost a shed load of weight, so in my experience no.
 
For the heat I keep a damp cloth handy to wipe my head, arms etc. and drape across the back of my neck. When I have to go out, if it is really hot (high 30s + ), I dampen my vest which keeps me cool for an hour or two.
