The gliflozin meds are associated with a nasty UTI problem called fournieres gangrene, where a sore or fissure in the genital area gets infected with a yeast infection that starts attacking the soft tissue. The blood in urine sounds like you have sprung a leak somewhere, and this may lay you open to a more serious condition, this should not be treated like a normal genital UTI. The other source of blood in urine could be a kidney infection, and that too will not normally respond to standard UTI treatment for thrush etc.
I think you need to bang on the surgery door or call 111 for a triage.
