hi i was wondering if any1 could help
i am constantly feeling tired and thirsty and always without fail wake up with a dry mouth
i am scared can some1 mayb kno what it is i might hav

I can only advise you to see your GP and relate your symptoms there. You will get a proper diagnosis.
There are many things that it could be down to, not all of which are Diabetes related, some of which are quite simply treated.
