I'm new here, started lchf in January, loving this new way of eating. Husband has been type 2 for fifteen years, was threatened with insulin, hence the new diet, happily his BG has plummeted.

It takes years off and weight too, though more slowly when having to push back diabetes, but it is the best of all options, in my opinion.
