Hi Everyone

Im Rachel, Im 26 from hampshire, I have had type 1 for over 10 years,
i feel so far i have been a very bad diabetic...pretty much ignoring it as much as possible.
I found this site trying to find info on high morning sugar levels that have been bothering me
for the past couple of weeks

Hampshire, place of my birth! I have a T1 stepson who ignores his condition. He is 23 and has been T1 for 20 years. You can ignore diabetes but it can't ignore you. Please do not let it get hold of you 'cos this is a wonderul world to explore and to be in.
I love where I am, the opportunity to see what is out there and the courage to make changes for my good.
