I love reading this site it’s full of great articles and advice. I’m T2 diabetic and have been for 10 yrs now. I’m slowly loosing the fight of insulin free, my Hc thingy was 87 last time.
I ask please for some encouragement as I focus again on low carb, I can do it then I get raging cravings for carbs or something sweet and slowly but survive slip back into eating stuff that’s not good for me. I feel like I am yo-yo ing if that makes sense.
Would appreciate some tips or maybe support to keep going
Thank you Cana Bless you. I have had 2 boiled eggs this morning and preparing a salad for lunch, tea I’m struggling I’m working 2-10 tonight at hospital and the food there is horrendous for diabetes. I need to go to ASDA and look for some chicken or something. Have a great day and thank you for your reply, much appreciated
