Hi lister and welcome to the forum, everyone gets confused and even overwhelmed at the time of their diagnosis, just keep calm and learn all you can about it, knowledge is power and will enable you to enjoy life whilst controlling your condition
thank you all for the welcome and advice am starting to think a little more clearly whatever i am finally diagnosed to have i'm sure i will work with it and just get on with the adjustments as needed
