I was just wondering if anyone has been diagnosed with restless leg syndrome it's a neurological disorder and can be associated with diabetes

I have it!
Right pain in the neck and a lot worse when I'm tired or warm.

I've been diabetic ten years and I only started to experience the symptoms about eighteen months ago it got too bad when I started experiencing a burning pain in my feet like an electric feeling it wasn't nice it took my GP about nine months to find the right medication but I still feel the affects and your right it can move to almost all parts of the body

I don't take any medication for mine, I didn't know there was any!
Just feels like my bones are itchy and I need to move them, I tense my muscles one at a time starting in my feet and then relax them again in the same order. It helps a little bit.

I used to have RLS but it's gone away and I can't remember exactly when. Not sure why it went, but perhaps through better control of my BGs.

Had a quick google and read that it can be caused by iron deficiency (anemia). I had this due to undiagnosed coeliac disease and now wonder if restoring iron levels has helped. Just a thought.

I do have it due to my m.e/fibro, some nights its awful but the pregablin helps
