Just joined. Interested to know what you all think about a Paleo lifestyle?
 
If I've understood you, then what I've just read ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paleolithic_diet ) seems very similar to the LCHF diet many are trying / advocating here.

If I'm right, then I'll say that there are things to be taken from it, but whether I could go that way is probably a no - at least not yet! :)

LCHF? Low carb high fat?
 
Spot on: LCHF = Low Carb High Fat :)

And there I am criticising the wide world for anacronyms! :facepalm:
