True... but its how you perceive it... try seeing the diabetes as a challenge to your fitness... that's what I do... I have just started training for my first 100Km Ultra marathon currently only 5 days into the plan... seeing some difficulties and challenges already... but I see it as a game and a game I have to win... google runsweet some amazing tips on this site... don't give up just keep trying, even without diabetes fitness can be difficult but you strive to be better so why treat it any different?
