High Active B12

So I had a really nasty virus in February and not felt quite right since. So decided to get one of those health screens done just to wet mind at rest. All my obvious diabetes stuff was checked month ago by GP and all more or less good cholesterol bit high. In this test Hbac1 was little better 43 to 41.

But a couple of things were off;

Creative kinase was 508 iu/l ( upper limit 204)

I do a lot of walking (80 miles a week) and had walked 8 miles to clinic so not to bothered about this. Apparently marathon runners can be x100 upper range after a race. But x3 is quite normal after exercise and as all other liver stuff ok probably no concern.

Active B12 was 193 pmol (upper limit 165 ) it’s very confusing trying to find standard upper limit on google as seems to vary a lot. I’ve rarely had B12 checked so not much experience with an off result. Again as all other tests it’s probably no concern ? Not sure if my walking could have raised it ? I’m also taking Ashwaganda and Rhodiola which apparently can raise it.

So basically any concerns with this B12 result ?

Hi there,
I was on b12 injections for 11 years before Covid stopped them and having to treat with tablets. Anything over 180 is exactly where you're supposed to be, so nothing to worry about there, hope that helps
