This week I've decided to put a low carb week together and this has been reflected in my 1 and 2 hours after eating.
On wednesday night I play 5 a side at 21:00 for an hour and get a good sweat going.
My BG 1 hour after I eat and just before I play footie are always less than 7 and when I come back from footie they tend to be 8-9.
Is this what would be considered to be "normal"?
