VMK Well-Known Member Messages 73 May 4, 2020 #1 I am a well controlled T2 ( diet and exercise ). My last 2 HbA1c tests were both 41 (down from over 50 a year ago). I’m doing LCHF and have had minimal carbs today. And yet....... just done a test at 4.30 and I’m at 8.4.......
