My meals haven't changed for the last three months. Has anyone else had this?

It might be your liver reminding you to eat. It might be, your gap between meals is too long. Do you do any exercise or go for walks between meals. I'm not sure to be honest.

Are you losing weight and has that stopped coming down as well? A lot of those on lchf, seem to do this! You must persevere with the lifestyle as you are doing well!
