Hi can anyone tell me why i have a blood glucose level of 20.0 at 1.40am in the morning it seems rather high its no good telling my doctor all he says well we wont do anything so ive lost faith in him.

I can't tell you why your BG is so high at that time, but are your BGs under control at other times?

If I were so treated by a my Doc. I would be inclined to change my Doctor, some are good some are bad and some are indifferent. I think that all Doctors should have a customer report system and customers (patients) should be able to rate them. After all they get paid a lot of money by us.

If you have a genuine complaint then why not say it face to face in a non confrontational way?
Some complaints are subjective. People who are happy with the care they receive are less likely to post so only the negative anonymous complaints are posted. If you leave the surgery and say nothing but complain about it elsewhere then nothing is solved.
