High BG overnight

Does anyone know why BG goes high overnight. This doesn't happen all the time, but occasionally, my BG will go up 200-300 points while I'm sleeping, with no change in food or insulin. I'd like to understand this.

There are various possible causes for high BG overnight. Could you first tell us a bit about yourself? Such as what your insulin regime is (including insulin types), lifestyle, diet, etc.
