high blood glucose reading

Had a pretty bad day and have eaten all the wrong things took my blood 20 mins ago, reading 24.2, took it again 15 mins ago 18.4 should i seek help or monitor till tomorrow

Yes, drink loads of water and keep testing. It was high but does seem to be on its way down again.
