High Blood Sugar After Drinking

Hi! I'm still fairly new to managing Diabetes (diagnosed as t1 in August) and my average blood sugar has been around about 5.5 since then. But I had a few glasses of wine this evening and tested and was 13.7. So I'm kinda freaked out. Should I try to do some exercise and see if that helps, and then maybe inject a few units of my novorapid if that doesn't work? It scares me being above 10mmols

I'm not sure - I don't think the wine was particularly sweet, no. Yeah, I didn't think correcting would be the best idea. I'll retest later and just make sure I return to normal levels tomorrow. Thank you!
