I find, that whenever i have a high blood sugar or almost a high bloodsugar (say, above 9) i feel very cold.
Is this a common symptom of high blood sugar? do others have this too?
I also get very dry skin almost all year round :/ not sure if this is diabetes related.

Hi Holly,
I think there are quite a few of us with dry skin judging by the posts I've read but I don't know if there's a specific connection with diabetes or why it happens if there is.

My hands become icy cold sometimes and it never happened before I was diagnosed. It's not just a 'feeling' because even my partner has noticed it and commented on how cold my hands are compared to other parts. Again I don't know why it happens.
