have they considered switching insulin differing profile? i recall my mum (type2) after a few bouts of pancreatitis switched insulins which seemed to work a little better for her. she took creon at the start of each meal with at a tall glass of water another glass throughout the meal injection novarapid 10 mins prior to her meals. she was on humalin something before switched over to novarapid. She did not use CGM wish she had although multiple injections per day never was given option. 7 fingerpricks a day. each meal and around 2 hours after alongside just before bed alongside if didn't feel right to also check especially if wobbly/shaking
