High blood sugar today

Hi everybody
Today I was high blood sugar 162mg/dl
I don't know why
Dinner was Sardines with tomato sauce
A little lentil soup two small plum

Is it wrong here

Hi hichamgsm .. Maybe the plums spiked you a little ? Especially if they were perfectly ripened.

Are you testing before you eat and again 2 hours later? This is important, and far more important than early morning levels or random levels.

I have not used Diamecron for a week

Today, I have come back to use it after this bad result

Yes, keep taking it until you have more consistent control. You must test before and after meals - you need to be able to eliminate any of the foods that give you a rise over 36mg/dl (2mmol/l) and preferably less. This information is far more valuable than a morning fasting reading.
