My blood sugars levels are normally 6-8 . But I have just checked it and it’s 15 . What should I do

What have you already done?

I've just looked back through your posting history and you haven't really told us anything about yourself.

You just seem to pop up every 4 weeks or so with a similar question, and no feedback about what you did and if it fixed the problem.

So - are you on insulin?
If so, what regime?
When did you test - before or after a meal?
What have you been eating?
What other medications are you on?

The answer to "what should I do" is "give us some information to work on".

I am on insulin 16ml and tablets . I had my medicine at 8am . I had toast and a cup of tea . Before breakfast it was 6 and after breakfast it’s 6.7 . I have checked 20mins ago and it’s 15 . It’s never that high

Have you checked again to see if it is still going up?

Edit: Oh, and what tablets in what dosage? What type/brand of insulin? Do you take insulin once a day or do you take some with each meal?

To add to the questions from @LittleGreyCat, I would also ask if you have tried washing your hands and doing another tests.
One unexpected reading may be due to your meter having a wobbly or picking up some sugar from your finger ... newspaper print, for example, can affect your BG.
