high blood sugar

You can go to bed with levels that high.

Or alternatively, you could go out for a hard walk! That will certainly bring your sugar level down.

But be careful. For you wrote previously, in another post, that you've just taken insulin.

And you don't want to walk off your high blood-sugar, then go to bed, and have a hypo during the night due to the insulin you've taken.

If you haven't been diabetic for long, and you're not sure what to do, it may just be safer to go to bed with high blood-sugar.

It's certainly NOT an emergency to have the levels you report.
