High blood sugar

i have had diabetes for 25 years and just recently I have been suffering with high blood sugars and low moods does anybody else have this problem
 
Funnily enough, despite changing nothing in my diet whatsoever, after 8 years my BS has started to become erratic as well.

It's possible that you are suffering lipoatrophy that is affecting your absorption or potentially have developed insulin resistance in which case you may benefit from changing insulin.

If your on basal/bolus start with some basal testing to see if your basal dose needs adjusting, once you know that's right you can then look at insulin-to-carb ratio's or the two points that Tim has mentioned above.
