High blood sugars and antibiotics

Hi all was wondering if anybody has continual high blood sugars I mean rarely below 20s and when given antibiotics sugar reading come down to half that to around 10ish I suffer from severe insulin intolerance November I had a scary sepsis thing was in hospital for a week on about 5 different antibiotics on a drip blood sugars came down December had another scary moment had a heart attack again given antibiotics sugars again came down then straight back up after finished antibiotics this Monday I have a terrible chest infection given antibiotics bloods have come down yet again the week before I was in the high twenties I did mention this to the consultant couple of years ago when I was getting infection after infection he just shrugged it off can anybody shed a bit of light on this thanks in advance
