Hey @scotteric, I've just changed over from Levemir to Tresiba, and I'm trying to stay patient with it. First of all, I was dropping from a high of around 15 at 3am, to around 5/6 in the morning, then good all day. Until around 10.30pm when I would start to rise up every single night. The drop was way too much so obviously not the right time/ratios etc.
Changed my dose to the morning and I get a flat line over the course of the night, just need to bring those before bed numbers down. I'm losing a bit of my motivation as I am running so high all the time. I think its because I need a lot more overnight?
How did you go about splitting your Tresiba? I can see on the Libre that I am going high every night once my novorapid has worn off so I obviously need more at that time.
Hi guys.swapped from lantus to tresiba few months back due 2 nightime hypos.Since i made the swap I am finding out (thanks to libre) that my sugars are constantly high throughout the night but start to come down around 6am.
Tried increasing my dose considerably but no difference.
