High Blood Sugars with no symptoms

I'm having problems bringing down my blood sugars as my Jazz Meter has said Hi for two days and I am on 1 metformin & 1 gliclazide twice a day. I currently have £3 till Monday and what I have in my kitchen is carrots, swede, coleslaw, beef mince, 12 cans of soup, 8 packets of cup-a-soups, 2 tins of meatballs in sauce, 2 tins of mushy peas, 2 chicken kievs, chips, garlic bread and 16 beef burgers. I know that almost everything that I have is not diabetic friendly and i've tried to lower it through exercising but I get cut off as I keep on having nosebleeds when exercising or about to start it. Also i just bought a box of twining's green tea as I've heard it lowers sugar levels.

I also wanted to ask about what quick & easy recipes there are for beans, pulses & lentils alongside any meat or poultry as I am going to start to eat healthy whilst. I am not going to do low carbing as I always end up eating carbs within 2 weeks, so I'm going to include weetabix, rye bread and ryvita. Also what alternatives are their for milk as I go through litres of it and want to cut down.

16 beefburgers are 16 meals, so 5 days there, with the veg for me.
2 more on the meatballs,
I don't eat the chips, maybe a slice of garlic bread occasionally.
Mushy peas with the burger for variety.
Chicken kiev when I'm sick of the burger.
Cuppa soup as a snack.
£3 on either more veg, or a bottle of red wine.
Don't buy any more swedes or carrots, root veg are bad, beans are good.

If your meter has said hi for two days, I'd go back to the medical centre.

Recipes for beans, pulses, lentils?
Lentils spike me, so make sure you're ok.

I dry fry, add curry powder, or chili, or fivespice.
Add onions, peppers, mushrooms, any veg you have.
Kale is always good. Cauli, broccoli as well.
Garlic grinder is a good investment.
