Any meat with above ground vegetables is good. Just leave out the grains and potatoes
Can you do anything not in a microwave?I dont cook so I wont be able to make any recipe from that website, usually I will already have food cooked and I will just microwave it and eat. I'm look at options and see what I can do.

Any inclination to learn some simple stuff? It’s not rocket science. Like science? Be willing to experiment.
Omelette? Break an egg or two into the pan stir it round til it’s set. Add whatever veg and meat you have to hand during the process. if it’s raw and needs cooking put in the pan first. If it’s already cooked add later.
Stir fry? Much the same as omelette. Add the the things that need cooking longest first. Stir it around a bit til it’s done. Add some spices and herbs and stuff. Cut into any meat to check it’s cooked through.

If you feel unwell at all call 111 back and tell them you feel unwell and your current bgl levelMy GP knows my blood sugar have been high since monday. She told me she will contact the diabetes specialist- they will only.see me in april since I've been seen in january so im not sure what to do now already called 111 and they've told me to call my GP. My GP will call me tomorrow since the 111 operator told me she has left a message for them.

Ok I will try to cut out rice, pasta and just eat meat and vegetables.
Don't avoid fat in the process, or you'll end up hungry and sick before long. You don't need to eat bricks of butter, but try to gravitate toward fatty cuts of meat. Chicken thighs instead of breast. Ribeye instead of fillet. That sort of thing. If you do cook, then cook using real fats, not machine lubricants like "vegetable" oil. Most importantly, don't be fooled by the low-fat, heart-healthy rhetoric. Don't avoid "saturated fat (OMG!)" and definitely don't be fooled by dieticians who don't have diabetes and most assuredly wouldn't know what to do with it if they did.
Appeal to authority and the eminence of doctors & nurses are the arch enemies of anyone with T2DM. Sadly, although things are slowly changing, a sizeable majority of the "experts in the field" have an under-informed knowledge and an over-inflated view of it. You'd be much better advised to consider the advice of those on these boards than those parroting the established dietary orthodoxy that is giving people diabetes left and right.
I have accepted the fact that carbohydrates are the enemy. I will go look at the links and look for foods that are low carbohydrate. I woke up and my blood sugars stayed HI throughout the night. But, I got 16.7 not long ago so it's going down.
Good stuff. Sorry if my tone seemed terse or prescriptive, but we see this type of stuff all the time and sometimes it's better just to get straight down to brass tacks. Hopefully things will continue to improve further for you, but keep an eye on those sugars and please seek medical help if you continue to have major problems.

Could your mother or sisters roast some chicken for you? That shouldn't raise your sugars much, if at all, and is very nutritious.
