hi all & happy new year , i was worried about 2 hours ago after checking my sugar levels which read 22.5 i have never been that high i took all my meds as normal today yet still very high , now im 16.2 after drinking 2 cups of green tea lol is it the tea or normal to drop 6 points so soon ?
