Hi everyone . has anyone had really high blood for no reason that you can think of . Couple times this week ave checked after meal and before bed and its been like over 30 Eating the same as I usually do . can't explain it .
Over 30 is very high as you well know and if this is happening regular it needs prompt attention. So, you're either eating too many carbs for your insulin or not injecting enough. Unless you are ill ? Anyway, you need to start keeping a record of food and BG readings etc so you can either seek advice from your DSN or post here.
Been diabetic for over 30 years so am well aware of what I need to do . it might just be a change in lifestyle as my work has slowed down since Xmas so am doing a lot more sitting about but also have been compensating for this with less food more insulin etc . got my annual review soon anyway .
