High bloods

Please phone 111 or go to A/E you need help. Your figures are very high. Some GP's don't bother about type twos which is disgusting.
Please let us know how you get on.

Hi. I hope you do go to A&E. Don't eat any carbs at present. All diabetics need to test regardless The NHS advises T2s not to test to save money and not on any medical basis. It sounds like you may be late onset T1 (LADA) and need to start insulin now. Metformin at any dosage won't be of any help (I've been down that path). Your GP sounds like my first one was i.e. ignorant about diabetes.

Just caught up with this thread and the scores look pretty scary. @Juju13 and @searley did you get some help? How are your levels now?

I didn’t get help took a load of insulin and went to bed.. checked Through the night came down to about 11.. bad head next day..

Things a little more stable now

I went for the meal just had the veg and meat they came down eventually although I can never get them lower than 15 anyway lately go to see docs for bloods in new year

SEE YOUR DOCTOR or attend A&E BEFORE THEN.
Both of you have unstable .high sugars if the readings and reports you give are correct.
Otherwise you are wasting time of good folks on this site. Better still look for a new GP if the usual one is not going to help.

Sadly mine are correct as you can see from the contour app

As you can see I did get them down

Seeing GP on 2nd. And appointment soon with consultant

Something you eat is spiking your sugar, I had that problem with porridge my sugar went up to 19.3 after a walk so goodness knows what it was before . I've started LCHF and sugar came right down , my readings are under 10 now boxing day was 7.3 and I now do strict low carbs and high fat diet .
