high glucose and ketones

Hi looking for some advice before I see nurse this afternoon. Since Tuesday evening been having diaroria. If I eat or drink anything it goes right through. The only thing I can drink which I seem to not pass through completely is flat diet coke. My glucose levels go from 8 to 18ish. Done a few urine ketone tests and show ketones of 4\moyen (whatever that means). Any advice would be graciously received, have been upping my correction insulin doses but struggling to get levels down.
