Recently been told to take 1 x 5mg Tab of Linagliptin along with 4 x 500 mg Metformin Tab and 4 x 80mg Glicazide and 1 x 20 mg Tab total of 10 tablets a day....
My levels were between 9-12 in the mornings and as low as 5 after work, i am a postie that walks 25,000 steps a day and levels rose to 10ish in the evenings but since the introduction of Linagliptin my levels are between 32 and 20 but its only been 5 days and get light headed and my diet is good and dint eat choc, crisps or cakes ever.
Feeling light headed all time at the moment and getting concerned doesnt seem right and i am not overweight as i weight 14 and half stone..
Any advice would be helpful

Hi @Baggy64 , with numbers that high, please contact your diabetes nurse or doctor, or call 111 for advice if you can't reach them.
Regardless of the cause, those are dangerously high numbers.

I hope things will settle soon for you!
