Type 2 High levels

T2, woke this morning to a reading of 9.9mmol/L tested again after brekkie and just before lunch to a reading of 13.6mmol/L am not on meds or anything so why is this happening, readings seem to get higher over the week
 
what are you eating?
 
In your other thread, you mentioned eating an oatcake biscuit. For many T2s, those kind of things raise our BG and aren't ideal. You really need to test, and remove any carbs which spike you, to have any chance of staying off meds.
