Whoever mentioned contacting your Diabetic Team must be having a laugh. Here there are no teams but you might get a call back from a Diabetic nurse. I am still waiting for my 2020 annual review which might be done in 2021. I wonder how new Diabetics are now identified and treated. It would be interesting to know how many are presenting in A&E with serious complications.
