Advice to get your numbers down when doing your finger prick test

Yes on insulin she said it was high can’t remember what she said my finger pricks are between 10 & 12 she’s ok with that but I want to get it lower I’m on humalin 3 now on 14 units at breakfast & 14 units at teatime

I'm not best placed to comment, not being an insulin user, but I'm sure there will be others along shortly.
