New on this thread, been on insulin for about 3 years (Lantus) normally 10 units taken in the morning supplemented by metformin lately blood sugars really high in evening, do I need to have a different insulin injection before tea?

I’m afraid we are unable to advise on which drugs and dosages you should use. This is something that you need to discuss with your GP or diabetes nurse.
