hi , my blood sugar has gone high all of a sudden . been drs taking metformn glimepiride ramipril .dr put me on higher dose of glimepiride. says if this dosent work no option but insulin..i take a barroca tab and flaxseed capsule as well would these effect it.i was eating apples pears oranges 5\6 a day. cut this down to 1\-2 . thisbit worried. morning checked blood b4 breakfast 13.1. i go walking 1 hour 3 times aweek swimming twice aweek. lost 2/ half stone. any help would be much appreciated thanks

Can you tell us a little about your lifestyle, I read that you're exercising but what are you eating on a typical day?

i drive for a living was having 2 bits fruit breakfast cut that to 1. lunch chicken or tuna roll coffee. evening chicken fish veg rice or veg.
 
Seems as though you don't eat much carbohydrate although I can't tell how much you ate the night before?

Do your glucose levels come down during the day ? With exercise?

Being high in the morning could be related to this.............
