high readings

hi have been a diebetic for around 12 months , but in the last two weeks have got high readings , tnow getting (to me ) very high readings , over the past three days the average is 21 blood glucose value , should i panic ?????

No.

But you should be asking yourself: what has changed in the last 2 weeks and in particular what has changed in the last 3 days. Something as minor as a cold can affect your BG levels.

If you can answer the question then you may have your answer. Post here if you are not sure if any factor is responsible and we will try to give you some guidance. If you can't pin it on any change then a discussion with your GP is called for as your diabetes may have changed.
