Well, he's been overweight but over the last few years he has gradually lost weight, in fact he's pretty thin now, but the nurse isn't concerned. She wasn't concerned about his readings after the holiday either, just said that they would level themselves out in about 6 weeks or so. He's on Glixalide twice a day and one Metformin the morning but has kept him pretty stable up to now - his last change in medication was about a year ago and he's been find. On holiday we definitely didn't eat as healthily as at home - as we were in America, and there was a lot of fast food available - we did our best, but very little fruit or veg was on offer, and we didn't overeat at all, in fact I have to watch my weight and didn't put any on at all. I must admit that he is worrying about these high levels though and he did lose his Father in November, but seems to have come to terms with that, although maybe is a delayed reaction, I don't know.
