If my levels are constantly high even though I’m taking my meds regularly,what can be done to reduce my levels and keep them there

First of all, it would be helpful to know which meds you are on. We can't answer your question properly without knowing this.

Secondly, how high are your levels? Your last HbA1c? Your finger prick levels before and after food?

Most medications are designed to work alongside a suitable diet. Can you tell us what you typically eat in a day?
