High Sugar readings.

Hi all,
I have for the last 11 months had very high blood readings. My Practise nurse has been on a regular bases being increasing my insulin levels. I currently take three times during the day Nova rapid 24ml & Lantus at bed time 52ml.
My morning avg are 21 lunch 18 Dinner 20 Bed 27. Prior to this spate my readings were excellent.
Can any one throw any light on this situation?
My concern what is the long term effect with this situation.

With those high figures I would be contacting GP as soon as possible, as it appears the management regime is not working.
