I got chest infection and the cut I got on my arm is infection.

Ouch, sounds like your infection(s) are taking a toll. Hopefully you'll be back under control soon. You'd hope they'd check your blood sugar and intervene before it gets that high but am guessing they just don't dare risk a hypo.
 
Rotten small thingies that’ve infected you! I hope the treatment works soon. It makes it all feel so much worse when blood sugars add to the rottenness.
 
Hope the antibiotics kick in soon.

I hope your BS will be more stabalised and you feel better soon so you can go home, but you are in the best place, so try to keep your chin up and sending lots of get well wishes
