I'm on 2 500 mg Glucophage a day which until recently was fine all of a sudden though they've gone from 8 in the morning to 10+. Does stress play apart in levels? At the moment I'm under going a bit of stress marriagewise and my daughter flying the nest in September!

Yes stress is a factor I had a whole week of highs due to the rocky road at home and my daughter getting married its getting back to normal now but it's taken a week of fighting with it so keep up the work and not everything can be fixed in a day so take little steps rather than panic about it all at once x (( hugs))
