Highest/lowest Reading

Day before yesterday lowest was 4.9 mmol/l the highest was 8.7 mmol/l that was a late test nearly three hours after eating.
Yesterday lowest was 4.2 mmol/l after dinner then the highest was at bedtime and was 4.8 mmol/l.

Some times blood sugars are like the weather no two days the same.
 
Today :
lowest - fasting: 6.3
highest - (before late 3pm lunch and first meal of dyy) 7.7
and just for the record 7.0 post lunch
then back down for evening meal 6.4 -> 6.5

So not rises from food
 
5.6 lowest yesterday (24/9) at 1900, before evening meal.
6.8 two hours later (also 6.8 fbg).
 
Highest yesterday was 11.3 (yay for foot on the floor & being generally unwell)
Lowest was 4.3
 
Highest yesterday 10.4 after lunch. But that was three hours after eating have no idea what it peaked at as unable to test prior to three hours.

Lowest 5.3 at bed time
 
5.7 lowest at 1900 yesterday (30/9) before evening meal.
7.3 at 2100 two hours later.
