    Today hasn’t been bad at all! 4.4 before lunch was my lowest and 7.6 two hours after dinner was my highest.

    Lowest today was 4.5 before breakfast and highest was 8.2 an hour and a half after dinner.

    5.4 lowest two hours later at 2250.
    I seem to be spiking after evening meals which are relatively low carb, but then my bg drops again within the next 2 hours.

    Lowest was 4.7 at bedtime.

    Before a lunch with about 20 grams of carbs it was 5.0.

    Today lowest was fbg of 4.4 highest was after dinner 11.7 oh dear , now it is 4.7 and feels like I have fallen off a cliff.:(
