Yesterday's lowest 5.2 before evening meal. Highest 9.2 two hours after eating - due to mince pie?

Highest 8.5!!! after lunch but only a 1.2 rise. Bit random as a very low carb meal. Lowest 5.1 after a gin in the evening. Not sure what’s happening at the moment but hopefully back on track soon

Not a good day yesterday. Lowest was fbg of 7.4, highest was 8.8 before evening meal - that might have been a faulty strip as I was 8.3 two hours after eating.
I did finish off the last two mince pies I bought on Friday. I'll be giving them a miss from now.
