    Lowest 4.8 fbg

    Highest 6.1 after lunch before dinner 1 hour after dinner and 2 hours after dinner. I think my meter is stuck.

    3.3 and 11.5 decided to rear their ugly heads after a long day of sugars which didn't leave 5-6mmol/L fasting..

    Today's high was 6.9 after chain sawing an overgrown tree in the garden, low 5.3 before dinner.
