I hit a nerve yesterday when injecting bolus insulin. I sometimes do that. But I'm trying to figure out why it's still hurting today. With me it is hard to figure out what is what half the time. It's either from that or from my bladder condition... but just feels like my skin is on fire the side of my stomach I inject in. But do any of you get nerve pain lingering after hitting a nerve with your needle? If you do, how long for?

I get it sometimes with lantus usually only lasts a minute or 2, I think you should get it checked out it may not be related to injection

thanks :) As it turns out I think it was my bladder condition causing bad nerve pain on my stomach as it pretty much went away after some other pain eased up.
